What is an Identity Graph?

An identity graph is defined as a database that creates linkages between all identifiers that are associated with an individual customer. These identifiers match to PII and other digital and device identities such as email, username, phone number, IP address, cookies, physical address, etc. ID graphs essentially provide you with the demographic, geographic, behavioral, purchase and other crucial data about a customer and make that customer 'addressable', so you can deliver an enhanced customer experience.

What can I do with these audiences?

Since you will own these audience you can activate them on any of the major DSPs. Most advanced marketers use these audiences and upload them directly in ad platforms such as Facebook, GDN, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, LinkedIn, to build hyper targeted "custom look-a-like" audiences as well as run Cold Email Campaigns.

What are audience credits?

Audience credits are what the platform uses as the form of measurement for the size of the lead list. Example: 100,000 Audience Credits = 100,000 Leads

What are audience Request Credits?

Audience Request Credits are the amount of lists available to export out of the system. Example: 2 Audience Pulls = 2 Lead Lists

What is a credit?

A credit is a user identity record. When Exact Prospect researches a contact and delivers that record that is considered one credit used.

Do credits expire?

Yes. Each month your account is topped off or replenished with the allotted credits that your plan offers.

What are activation data points?

Activation data points is the minimal piece of data that is needed to upload use the data. Example: If you want to upload the audience into Facebook you will (at minimum) need either an email address or IP address. If you want to run an email campaign, you will need a email address. If you would like to run a text campaign you will need a mobile number. If you want to send out a post card mailer, you will need a physical postal address. Those are Activation Points.

What if I exceed my plans credit limit and need more?

You can easily add top off credits inside the portal at any time. We recommend taking advantage of the amazing discounts given with our one-time offers - we went a little crazy with our promotional offers!

Are there any activation or set-up fees?

For our corporate clients and larger agencies there is a one-time yearly activation fee of $1200. Currently with this promotional plan we are waiving the activation fee (New account holders & promotional plans only). We want to make this super simple and affordable for you.

How do I know what attributes I can choose from?

Our Audience builder is extremely user friendly you will simply pick and choose what is needed from each section. We also have a complete section in our Bootcamp that shows you how we use AI to find our perfect audience for any offer. We also provide you our full Data Dictionary which lists all the attributes you can choose from. With over 6+ billions of data points you are surely not going to be limited on the type of audience you can build.

In what format will I receive my prospect list?

You will receive all activation data points in a sharable HASH audience which will have all your chosen attributes for your specific audience. Audiences are delivered in a .CSV format through a password protected secured file.

What if I don't know how to use my custom audience?

Honestly, if you don't know how to use a custom audience then this offer probably isn't for you at this stage of your marketing journey. However, our platform is incredibly user friendly. Once you purchase you will have access to a full library of video tutorial on how to activate your new custom audience on your favorite DSP as well as to our support portal when ever you need it.

Do you have other plans available?

Yes! We have larger plans available for upgrade once you gain access to the backend portal.

What is your Cancelation & Refund policy?

Cancelation: Typically cancelations come from folks that think we are a make money online type of program and while we provide extensive training for our tools we do not control anything that has to do with your marketing or offers. So with that being said, we hope you don't cancel but if you must you can cancel your subscription any time as long as it is within 3 days before your next billing cycle.

7 Day Refund Policy: There is a full 7 day no questions asked refund policy. PLEASE NOTE: Once audience data has been delivered to end user they are not eligible for refund.
